Return Policy — Fedaxo
We want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right:
- Return window: 7 days from delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging.
- Not eligible: Final sale/clearance items, opened personal care items, custom orders, gift cards.
- Damaged/wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos — we’ll replace or refund for free.
- Change of mind? Contact us to start a return. Return shipping is on us for faulty items; customer-paid for change-of-mind returns.
- Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item, back to your original payment method (or bank transfer/store credit for COD orders).
- Cancellations: Free before shipping; after shipping, use the return process above.
